The hotel offered excellent freshwater pool facilities for relaxation.
We faced several inconveniences. The absence of an oven in our one-bedroom apartment made meal preparation difficult, limiting our cooking options. The maintenance of the grounds was noticeably lacking, with overgrown grass and weeds detracting from the overall beauty of the hotel.

Staff was great, particulalrly Despina at the reception, helped us find our way around the island and suggested nice restaurants and family entertainment which we found very very useful. Great facilities and provisions, very clean rooms and very kind people indeed.
The fact that we were asked to pay upon our arrival, with a 3 year old fast asleep in our hands and 6 pieces of luggage at 9pm; this was not the best welcome. The fact that we had to pay a nearly extra 20% of our total booking cost for air-conditioning upon our arrival, otherwise no airconditioning -in a country like Greece where temperatures rise at nearly 40 degrees Celcius air-conditioning is a must and you cannot choose not to pay for it.So we felt we had no choice but also it was not something it was immediately evident when we were booking the room from Booked.net.

The apartment was very spacious, I rented a twin room and had 3 beds and able room! Very clean - maid service 6 days a week. Nice outside patio area. Nice looking pool area - I did not use any of the facilities within the resort as visited friends staying at a nearby hotel - so can't comment on these. I would recommend for couples who wish for a quiet break, bit too quiet for the solo traveller.
A good 10-15 minute walk to the main part of the resort, plenty of steep hills to keep you fit! Would be nice to have some information about the hotel and resort in the apartment. Asked reception for a local map and did not have one. I would recommend for couples who wish for a quiet break. I was positioned towards the back of the complex so pretty quiet, could possibly be noisier if room was nearer the bar area.

The one-bedroom apartment was spacious, consistently cleaned with fresh linens provided. Breakfast was fantastic, with freshly cooked options (those eggs were delicious!). The staff were so friendly.
A bit more regular upkeep of the beautiful garden area would enhance the overall ambiance, and we found the lack of an oven in the kitchen a minor inconvenience.

We were lucky to get a great apartment (109) eventually after we changed from their other hotel Martina (which was very package tour friendly). We were away from the main area in the part where the owners live. It was quiet and had a very comfortable double bed, great tv and good facilities. The owners son was very helpful and kind and drove us to the bus stop when we left. The beaches nearby are quiet and secluded and the pool area and bar are nice. Good for families with kids. Everything in Pefkos including the food at the hotel is very good value compared with other places we visited. Very convenient for Lindos which is really worth seeing.
This hotel and sister hotel Matina cater for the package tour holidays and have a few rooms left over that are promoted to independent travellers via this website etc..Its not really right for people who like to make their own way and see have the real Greek/Rhodes experience. It is very Anglicised with Football and Rugby on tv all day and night. The tennis court was not well maintained and the some parts of the hotel/resort could benefit from a bit more organisation. There are cheap English breakfasts and Sky Sports everywhere in Pefkos. Its very pretty and has nice calm beaches but if you want to see the real Rhodes go further south or inland.

We had a fantastic stay! Loved the delicious freshly squeezed orange juice and the excellent pancake options at breakfast. Our villa was spacious, though we were slightly let down by the view.

The staff, esp barman Anton, Donna and Michelle were exceptionally friendly and helpful and created a great holiday atmosphere. Lol. Our two self catering apartments were more than adequate for our needs, spacious and clean and we had nice views over the pool and to the sea beyond.. Bar snacks and breakfast were very good for quality and price.. Although we ate out a lot in the evenings. The best restaurant was ironically the one nearest us - Nikolas - a family run traditional Greek taverna with good fresh food especially the fish and Greek plates and the starters.. All reasonably priced .. and only a few minutes to stroll/stagger back to the Pefkos Village Resort for a night cap with Antonio.

Family with children will appreciate this
The staff was very friendly. They even organized a surprise cake for us when we told them about my son's birthday. Breakfast was good, especially the omelettes, and we enjoyed eating fresh hot dishes each morning.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but considering the service, it was still reasonable.

Genuine and relaxed staff you made you feel welcome and relaxed.
The location is a little far out if you plan on going into Pefkos twice a day.

The staff were friendly and cute, always
Ready to accommodate our needs. Our one-bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. The hill to get to the local town proved to be a bit challenging for us on some days.
